Jaime Nunez
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Mr. Nunez is responsible for all operations, operations support, and client delivery. He joined Regulus in 2005 with more than 17 years of leadership experience in the payment processing industry and a strong track record of enhancing process and product capabilities and service solutions.

Before joining the Regulus team, Mr. Nunez was Director of North America Operations for Citigroup, where he led lockbox operations for several 24x7 sites. Partnering closely with the company’s sales and technology divisions, he brought on board key clients and implemented a new technology and processing platform. Earlier, he was responsible for Citigroup’s corporate customer service and investigation unit, providing payment processing for all cash product and technical services support to global Fortune 500 companies.
