Brian Mulford
Product and Information Technology Officer

As head of Regulus’ Product Office, Mr. Mulford is responsible for marketing and product strategy, as well as product design and development. He also leads Regulus’ Technology Group, comprising infrastructure and architecture, applications development, corporate security and governance.

Mr. Mulford joined Regulus in 2005, bringing to the company two decades of experience in strategic planning, finance and technology leadership. As Chief Technology Officer at Fidelity National Financial and Sourcelink, the nation’s fifth largest direct marketing organization in the U.S., he drove technology innovations and product strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mulford held senior management positions at Countrywide Funding and Fujitsu.

Mr. Mulford received his Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge and an Executive International MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the IETF, IEEE, OASIS, and XML groups and has been a technology advisor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
