Kimberlee Clark
CFO and Executive Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Ms. Clark is responsible for the management of all financial and accounting affairs of Regulus and its subsidiaries, including financial due diligence for all Regulus alliances and acquisitions, financial analyses, corporate administration, risk management and cash management, and all related financial reporting requirements for the company. Additionally, she oversees the administration of the ERP systems at all Regulus remittance and document processing production facilities, as well as corporate offices. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing, deploying and managing enterprise-wide operations and financial/information management systems.

Before joining Regulus, Ms. Clark was Vice President of Finance for Quantum Information Corporation, which was acquired by Regulus in 1998.

Ms. Clark has decades of experience in financial and ERP management. She has served as corporate controller for two Fortune 500 subsidiary companies and has several years of experience in public accounting, auditing and business consulting.
